TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Trails Lodging LLC, we truly appreciate your stay with us. If you have any questions or need assistance with reservations, please don’t hesitate to call us at (304) 732-6096 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.


Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are available but must be preapproved by the management staff and not always guaranteed.


Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the 25% deposit. Cancellations made between thirteen (13) days and one (1) day prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations on the day of arrival are non-refundable and will be charged for one (1) night’s stay.


For the comfort of all guests, our facility is smoke-free and does not allow pets.

Responsibilities / Damages


Guests are responsible for any damage to their room or its contents incurred during their stay. The establishment assumes no responsibility for personal belongings left in guest rooms or for vehicles parked on the property. This is a strictly smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas. If smoking is detected, a minimum charge of $100.00 will be applied to the guest’s account to cover additional cleaning and deodorization. Pets and animals are not permitted in guest rooms. If a pet or animal is discovered, a minimum charge of $100.00 will be applied to the guest’s account for additional cleaning and deodorization. Guests are kindly requested to remove excessive mud and dirt from clothing and footwear prior to entering their rooms. If a room requires cleaning beyond standard conditions, a minimum charge of $100.00 will be applied. Trails Lodging reserves the right to charge for any missing or damaged room amenities. A current price list is available in each guest room and at the front desk.


Credit Card Authorization:


By signing this form, you authorize Sportsmans Inc., doing business as Trails Lodging, LLC, to charge the credit card on file for payment of your stay, as well as any additional applicable charges. Trails Lodging, LLC sincerely thanks you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future. SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.


  • Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
  • Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.


Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
